With this style of training, not only do you save $1000/month for personal training compared to other trainers and gyms (my usual rate would be $1200/month for 5x a week), you'll be able to work out at any time that works for your schedule, it's completely flexible to your needs!

Over the years I've slowly started developing a step-by-step system to lose weight consistently and never have to worry about gaining it back ever again!

What's included when you work with me: -step by step gameplan to help with your limitations towards losing weight -nutritional guidelines -meal plan upon request -equipment recommendations (so you don't have to look yourself) -habit coaching -daily accountability -unlimited text message questions -personalized assisted stretching -Travel Plan for when you go on vacation or leave the country (to not gain weight) -Restaurant Guidelines for how to eat out without tipping the scale

With online training, you will get;

-Unlimited customized Workout and nutrition plans based on your preferred amount of training you would like to do each week -daily checkins to make sure you are implementing everything that needs to be done -weekly 30 minute zoom calls to review how the week went and talk about actions steps for the week ahead.

the $7 price point is of course assuming you want to do every day of the week (which is possible if you include yoga / mobility sessions on your days off)

It's a flat rate of $199/month. If you choose to do a workout every day, that gets you to about $6.60 per session!

FAQ

How will I know if my form is right on the exercises?

Each video on the app will show you the correct form and guide you step by step into getting in the right position. If you're ever in doubt, you can record the exercise and I will give you personalized feedback.

I'm lazy, how will I be sure I'll do the workouts?

1. You get a 2 week complimentary free trial. So you don't lose anything by trying. 2. I will be messaging you every single day and getting on your case about doing the workouts to make sure you don't miss anything. 3. You're still paying every month, that will keep you accountable to making the most out of it.

Do I need to get a gym membership?

Having a gym membership is ideal but I also offer at home - bodyweight workouts or workouts with limited equipment. Just know that getting a membership would be 5x better for your long term results. The only exception would be if you're willing to invest in workout equipment that you can use at home.
