Pilates will improve posture and core strength. All performed on the mat using bodyweight resistance, toning balls and ringwork. Monday and Wednesday at 8:30 am and Friday at 9:30 am. Bootcamps will get you lean and strong. Each class has different challenges both cardiovascularly and in strength. There are classes on Tuesday and Thursday at 8:30 am and 9:30 am. As well, there is a Tuesday evening 7:45 pm class.
