The year of the Fire Rooster is upon us and so it is time to get to get moving towards better physical and mental wellness. Our martial art is called Luihebafa and is an ancient Taoist system of kung fu that encompasses the effective and efficient movement of energy.
Students of this martial art discover the powerful fist and foot techniques of Xingyi, gliding steps of Bagua, and flowing movements of T'ai chi, Renowned as the original internal system of kung fu, Luihebafa is a holistic system of coordinated body posture, movement, breathing, and meditation which are used for health, spirituality, and martial arts training.
Luihebafa is founded on the principles of the Six Harmonies and the Eight Methods:

Adult classes are offered on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:00 - 8:30 pm in Amherstburg. Children's classes are held on the same days, but from 6:00 - 7:00 pm.
