Hello, I've been a full time personal trainer for 14 years and counting. I specialize in nutrition, weight-loss, strength gain, stretching/increasing ROM, rehabilitation due to injuries or accidents and all anaerobic/aerobic styles of training. I truly love what I do for a living and love seeing life changing results for others. I also believe wholeheartedly in educating every step of the way so you fully understand how you got your results. True results, is like a recipe, and no recipe is ever perfect at first, it takes continuous trial and error along with tweaks and adjustments to assure success. What separates me from any other trainer?...I go 5 extra miles to help every one of my clients see results they never fathomed possible, and I always will. EVERY client receives the following as part of training with All Aspects Fitness...
1 – A completely detailed and individualized nutrition plan made 100% based on YOUR personal information. You will understand what to eat, when to eat it, and why you're eating it, and the plan is continuously adjusted to stay ahead of your results.
2 – Each session includes a 15 minute warm-up, 60 minutes of 1-on-1 personal training and 45 minutes of private, post workout cardio...So... 2 hours of private gym usage to use all equipment at no extra cost, every session.
3 – Full access to shower / change room, infrared sauna, towel service, inversion table, all stretching equipment and a personal TV with chrome-cast for cardio
4 – FREE – Coffee / Tea bar, BCAA's, Gatorade, Filtered Water
5 – Full body measurements and weigh-in's bi-weekly to assure success, and see it in every way possible!

I have always had 3 main objectives to provide my clients when beginning to train with me...
Priority #1 – RESULTS – You're going to get 100% honesty good, bad, or ugly, as long as it's relevant to getting you your results.
Priority #2 – EDUCATION – Too many people train with someone, get results or don't, spend a ton of money, go on their own, and gain all the weight back because they FOLLOWED something, instead of LEARNING what to do.....we don't make that mistake...I track EVERYTHING...weight's, reps, strengths/weaknesses, program changes/progressions...everything.
Priority #3 – INJURY PREVENTION – aka – TEACHING PERFECT TECHNIQUE – My clients refer to me equally as a teacher as well as a trainer. It's imperative that we learn proper technique to assure we never have an injury.
*(1-on-1) 3 Month Startup Plan - 3 personal training sessions/week for 12 weeks = $65/session
*(1-on-2) 3 Month Startup Plan – 3 personal training group sessions/week for 12 weeks = $85/session
*(1-on-1) Pay As You Go - $72/session. How many sessions per week is chosen the Sunday prior.
If you're looking for the cheap trainer to help make life changing decisions and modifications in your life, I'm not the trainer for you.
