Description

Size L (57 cm – for riders 5’9” to 6’0” based on State’s sizing guide). I've made a few upgrades to the contact points.

State branding decals are stamped in black gloss on the matte black paint, all very low-key. Frame is 6061 aluminum. Essor carbon fork. Frame and fork in great condition, few scratches. Drivetrain: SRAM S100 crank, 170 mm. Truvativ Powerspline bottom bracket. 48T chain ring, 130 BCD. Rear cog is 15T, will include the original 16T cog as well. KMC chain. Stock wheelset, 43 mm deep-V rims and sealed bearing hubs. Vittoria Zaffiro 25c rear tire, stock 23c front tire. Front end has Cinelli MASH bull horns (31.8 mm clamp), wrapped in Cinelli leather tape with matching Cinelli bar ends (minor scuffs), attached to a Cinelli Pista 80 mm stem. FSA headset and top cap. Back end is a Specialized Romin EVO comp gel saddle (155 mm with cut-out) sitting on the stock seat post.

Throwing in nylon platform pedals with black YNOT straps, black Knog Oi bell (almost unnoticeable on the bars), removable carbon water bottle cage (generic carbon cage and SKS Anywhere cage adapter), original alloy pista drop bars (26 mm, unwrapped) with 90 mm stem, and original saddle (couple of scuff marks covered up with tape). Bike shown with Cinelli bars and Specialized saddle in first pic and then shown with original bars and original saddle in second picture.

Flaws: fading of the black anodization on the front wheel, leaving it with a sort of golden hue (as shown in first pic); and asymmetrical seat stays in the rear triangle, problematic if trying to run a rear brake (brake wouldn’t be centred) but otherwise shouldn’t be an issue for riding fixed/brakeless (I set this bike up brakeless out of the box and didn’t notice the asymmetry for years).
