I specialize in staircase renovation and I will do hardwood floors. I remove old carpet and rebuild with hardwood, custom fitted and finished to  your specifications.  I refinish existing hardwood stairs.  They will be stripped down to bare wood then sand, stain, and polyurethane. I install all posts, spindles and rails. All can be finished to match. Finishes available are smooth, wire brushed or distressed.  All materials are pre finished and installed ready for use. Materials are solid hardwood.  Tread thickness is 7/8".  Most hardwoods are available although maple and oak are most comon. Spindles may be hardwood, painted wood or metal.  Custom sindles and posts are available. I also install hardwood, laminate and vinyl floors.
