We are currently hiring a skilled and passionate Cook specializing in Middle Eastern cuisine with a twist of fusion cuisine for a busy restaurant in Hamilton, Ontario. This is a full-time position (40+ hours per week) with competitive pay based on experience and food. Responsibilities: Prepare authentic Middle Eastern dishes (grilled meats, mezze, rice dishes, etc.) Maintain high food quality and presentation standards Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety compliance Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Requirements: Proven experience in Middle Eastern cuisine Strong time management and teamwork skills, able to do prep work in kitchen Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices Ability to work on the weekends is a must Ability to commute comfortably to Ancaster.
