Galloway beef is noted for its natural marbling. Our steaks are tender while staying leaner than most beef. There is no need to add oil or drain fat after browning our hamburger.
All of our beef is Government inspected and packaged to our customer’s wishes. Call or email now to order a 1/4, 1/2 and whole beef. Prices are $4.25 per lb of hanging carcass weight plus cutting/wrapping charges of about $1.25 per lb. Our skilled butcher makes excellent smokies, sausages, bratwurst, pepperoni and jerky if you prefer those. All beef is farm fresh after dry aging for 21 days. Stew meat, beef ribs, soup bones, liver, heart, and tongue are also available.
We still have a few boxes of Extra Lean Hamburger, with top cuts, priced at $8.50 per lb (10 lb min) selling at $85.
