Ok. Looking for a focused & direct 30 to 60 mins meditation partner & then a relax movie experience. Drama to Action but NO HORROR! ;) Seeking a confident person into similar life ideals like me; diet/exercise & healthy living is key!
To start, a scenic car space meditation, in nature, near the ocean is best. Growing up in Herring Cove by the nautical flavour of the environment, attracts me back. Now I say meditation, but for those who do not know it, it is a simple process to do but extremely challenging to commit too! The ‘mindfulness of breath’ anyone! ♂️.
Like a training partner in the gym, this will be the same focus. Then following with a ‘Like to Like’ movie attraction reward indeed!
