we need to put water proof car containers
beside docks and let people live in the underwater car containers
and when we get some money
put a drill on the bottom of the car containers and drill underground
in the water and make underground underwater housing
the ones on the lake floor wont stay there because the drift
will make them move but the ones buried underground
will stay in place
