My name is Mat and I am an exercise therapist. Im an honest person and had a professional career in the corporate world over 15 years, decided to step back to look for a more meaningful life. I realized I've always wanted to help people and it fills my heart with joy. I'm a compassionate individual and sensitive to other's feelings, lot of times I've seen seniors are lonely and some human connection makes a world of difference.
I can accompany your elderly parent to appointments, provide exercise therapy sessions, errands or home visitation in Brampton/Mississauga/Oakillve/Burlingtion.
