Looking for training partner/s. I am a lifelong martial artist and a certified personal training specialist. Hoping to start a small group of likeminded individuals to become fit for life. Give me a call and see if we can work on our fitness goals together.
Here’s my stats at the moment.
Age: 55 Weight: 235 lbs, would like to get under 200 lbs this year. Height 5ft 8in. 5k time: 40 min. Deadlift: 300lbs. Bench press 210 lbs.
I having been fitness training since Jr. High. Started martial arts when I was thirteen. Have competed in amateur MMA. I have a nice set of Muay Thai pads if you interested in doing some striking. My personal training specialist certification is expired but I have an excellent level of knowledge of all facets of fitness.
I would like to meet up with you and see if we can make a plan.
I am currently in a cardiovascular fitness phase. Jogging/walking for forty minutes. Swimming for fifteen minutes and lifting moderate weights two or three times per week.
