Hey, I'm a 30 year old male ectomorph (hardgainer) looking for someone to do stronglifts 5x5 with. I have 3 years experience in the gym but was never consistent.The program is for building strength on the main compound lifts so if you want to look like a body builder this isn't for you. I would prefer someone who is also a hardgainer but it isn't a huge deal.
Even if you have no experience in the gym but want to start going I could show you the ropes. I am by no means a personal trainer but I know the proper form for all the lifts we would be doing. I am non judgemental...we all have to start somewhere right?
I am very motivated and am only looking for someone who is also motivated and would take it seriously.
