-We don't use low-grade sod. We use full length 4.5'x2' rolls pulled and picked each morning.
-Our sod is Kentucky Bluegrass - optimal for Southern Ontario's climate.
-We strip the existing lawn and TILL the soil overturning the existing area.
-We then add fresh premium soil NOT low-grade topsoil that is used to by the builders
-Grade the area appropriately to where we need excess water to flow
-We add and install (lay) premium Kentucky bluegrass
-To smooth out and bond the new lawn to the fresh soil we then use a heavy lawn roller to compress the area.
-We ALWAYS give full instruction on future care with the completion of every project.
