We’re hiring motivated individuals to install permanent exterior LED lighting. This is a high-paying, physical labor job with a simple system:

What You’ll Do
• Install permanent LED track lighting on homes & buildings
• Work safely on ladders, rooftops, soffits, and fascia
• Use hand tools and power tools
• Keep installs clean and professional
• Communicate respectfully with homeowners
• ⚠️ Follow company safety standards
• Load/unload materials and stay organized on-site

What We’re Looking For
• Physically capable (lifting 50+ lbs)
• ♂️ Comfortable with heights and ladders
• Positive attitude & strong work ethic
• Willing to learn quickly
• ️ Construction/roofing/electrical experience is a plus (not required)
• Driver’s license is an asset

Schedule
• ⏰ Monday–Friday
• 7–8 hour days
• Optional weekends for higher pay
