Up to $45/hr. Furnace, Duct & Commercial Hood Cleaning

We are looking for reliable, mechanically inclined individuals to join our cleaning/service crew. Our primary work consists of: • Residential and commercial furnace and duct cleaning • Commercial kitchen exhaust/hood vent cleaning • Pressure washing and related cleaning/service work • Working with mechanical equipment, tools and specialized cleaning equipment • Regular ladder and rooftop work Previous furnace/duct cleaning or commercial kitchen hood vent cleaning experience will be considered a priority. HVAC, mechanical, construction, pressure washing or other hands-on trades experience is also a strong asset. That said, we are willing to train the right person. You do not need a specific trade certification. If you’re mechanically inclined, comfortable with basic hand tools, can figure out how things work and are willing to learn, the rest can be taught on the job. TEAM LEAD – UP TO $45/HR We are looking for someone who, after training and demonstrating competency, can work independently as the lead of a two-person crew. The team lead is responsible for operating and maintaining equipment, completing jobs properly and efficiently, communicating with customers, directing the second crew member and taking responsibility for the job from arrival through completion. This is a full-time position with excellent earning potential for someone who is dependable and capable of running a crew independently. HELPER / CREW MEMBER – $25–$35/HR We are also hiring for the second position on the two-person crew. The work is similar, but with less responsibility for managing the job and crew. Pay will depend on previous experience, mechanical ability and how independently you are able to work. REQUIREMENTS • Reliable and willing to work consistently • Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic hand tools • Comfortable with moderate physical work and lifting • Comfortable working on ladders and roofs • Willing to work occasional evenings, weekends and night shifts • Able to work independently once trained • Good attitude and able to work as part of a two-person crew • Valid driver’s licence required for the team lead position LOCATION / RELOCATION The company is based in Lloydminster on the Alberta side. Most work is in Lloydminster and the surrounding area, with some travel required depending on the job. For the right applicant coming from Edmonton or another area, relocation accommodations may be arranged. STARTING WAGE & ADVANCEMENT Expected starting wage is $25–$35/hr during training, depending on previous experience and ability. Someone with relevant experience, good mechanical ability and a willingness to learn should reasonably be able to progress into the team lead role within a couple of weeks. Once capable of independently running jobs and leading the two-person crew, pay can increase up to $45/hr. The job is available immediately.
