Smiling Lawn Inc. is looking for a reliable and hardworking Outdoor Lawn Care Technician to join our team in the Mississauga/GTA area. Responsibilities: Lawn mowing, trimming & edging Weed control and fertilizer applications Lawn cleanups and maintenance Garden bed maintenance Soil, mulch & river rock installation Loading/unloading materials and equipment Following company SOPs and job instructions Taking before/after photos and updating jobs through our field app Professional customer service REQUIREMENTS: MUST HAVE YOUR OWN RELIABLE VEHICLE Valid driver's license Previous landscaping/lawn-care experience is an asset Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors Reliable, punctual and hardworking Good communication and customer-service skills Smartphone required Comfortable using a work app for job assignments, GPS check-in/out, photos and job updates Location: Mississauga & surrounding GTA Position: Full-Time / Part-Time Pay: Competitive, based on experience We're looking for someone dependable who takes pride in their work and is ready to grow with the company.
