Field-grown crop farm labourer

Work Site Environment: This job involves farming fruits and vegetables, which takes place outdoors in all weather conditions. Employees are required to work on-site; there is no option for remote work. Tasks: - Grade fruits and vegetables based on size, shape, and colour. - Hand harvest fruits and vegetables. - Pack fruits and vegetables for distribution. - Tie and secure plants. - Perform weeding tasks. Transportation/Travel Information: Employees are required to have their own transportation, as public transportation options are not available. Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: The work environment is fast-paced and involves repetitive tasks. Employees must handle loads weighing up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and be physically fit. The role requires the ability to distinguish between colours and involves standing or walking for extended periods, as well as bending, crouching, and kneeling.
