Duties:
Administrative/ Customer service experience someone good with numbers
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, well-organized, attention to detail is a must, personable and able to remain calm when speaking with clients that are upset
Be able to read a measuring tape as they will measure houses
Quoting Home/Auto / Commercial (small businesses), upselling insurance services to existing book of business
Answer phone calls, general knowledge of premiums, general accounting
Cover the front desk, check files & coverages - add, change, cancel, to existing policies and provide new quotes

Assets
Business experience
Willing and able to obtain Broker license (RIBO)
Excellent communication skills verbal and written
The client will pay for the RIBO course and 1st time exam for RIBO
Police check is required!
