Position Overview: Are you passionate about transforming outdoor spaces and creating beautiful landscapes? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where every day brings a new challenge? We're expanding our team and looking for dedicated crew members to join both our Maintenance and Construction crews. Your responsibilities may include:

Maintenance Team Responsibilities: - Perform routine lawn care and maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming and weeding. - Prune trees, shrubs, and plants to promote healthy growth and maintain aesthetic appeal. - Repair irrigation systems as needed to ensure proper watering needs are met. - Assist with seasonal cleanup tasks, such as leaf removal and snow removal. - Provide excellent customer service while ensuring that each property receives the highest level of care and attention to detail. - Work outdoors in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Construction Team Responsibilities: - Prepare a proper foundation for landscapes, including grading, leveling, and clearing debris. - Assist with the installation of new landscape elements, including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, laying sod and seeding lawns. - Installation and maintenance of irrigation systems. - Operate machinery and equipment such as skid steers, trailers, and power tools to complete construction projects. - Construct features with brick such as retaining walls, pathways, and patios. - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards of quality. - Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site.

Requirements: - Experience in landscaping, horticulture, or related field preferred - Strong work ethic and reliability - Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions - Attention to detail and a passion for quality work - Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies - Team player with excellent communication skills - Driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
