Niagara Diamond Asphalt is a fast-growing new company specializing in residential and commercial asphalt services. We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking individual who can assist with physical labor on job sites and also provide accurate estimates. Strong communication skills and the ability to speak professionally with clients are very important. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are a must for this role. $40 per hour Plus 5% commission from any job you personally estimate and secure Key Responsibilities: Perform physical labor including asphalt sealing, crack filling, and prep work Provide on-site and remote estimates for residential and commercial projects Conduct site visits and communicate with customers professionally Assist in loading, transporting, and maintaining tools and materials Support with scheduling and basic project coordination Requirements: Previous experience in asphalt work and/or construction estimating is a strong asset Willingness to perform hands-on labor in various weather conditions Ability to take accurate measurements and understand basic project scopes Good communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company Flexible schedule and a supportive team environment You can reach Ben at 365-300-0578 and discuss this position or apply through email with your resume at niagaradiamondasphalt@gmail.com
