Job Posting: Cleaning / Handyman Supervisor We are seeking a reliable, hardworking individual with a strong background in cleaning, handyman work, and supervisory experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, hands-on, and able to lead by example while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and team performance. Key Responsibilities • Perform and oversee general cleaning duties to ensure properties or work areas are maintained to a high standard. • Carry out minor repairs, maintenance tasks, and general handyman work as needed. • Supervise staff, assign tasks, and ensure work is completed efficiently and safely. • Inspect work sites and address maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly. • Maintain supplies, tools, and equipment required for daily operations. • Travel between locations as required to complete assigned duties. Qualifications • Previous cleaning experience required. • Previous handyman or general maintenance experience required. • Previous supervisory or team lead experience required. • Must have a valid driver’s license. • Must have own reliable vehicle. • Strong time management, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
