SNOW AND JOY

This Snow Removal Agreement is for the winter season and includes routine snow clearing services for the Client’s property. We will provide snow removal after each snowfall event in order to maintain safe access for vehicles and pedestrians. Services include: • Clearing snow from driveway(s) • Shoveling designated walkway(s) or sidewalk(s) • Clearing steps / entry areas (if included in property layout) • Pushing or moving snow to a pre-approved location on the property Service will begin after snowfall meets the agreed depth (example: 5 cm / 2 inches) and will be completed within a reasonable time after the end of the snowfall. Additional visits may be required during heavy, continuous storms. Ice control (salt or ice melt) can be applied if requested by the client. Extra charges may apply unless included in the final quote. Contract does not include removal of snow off-site (hauling/taking snow away), unless specifically listed as an add-on service. Contract covers the winter season. Client agrees to pay the agreed seasonal price or per-visit price as listed in this agreement.
