Seeking a f/t live-in caretaker for a 33-unit rooming house. Position comes with a 1-bedroom apartment, rent paid. Unit includes some furnishings, fridge/stove/washer/dryer.

Duties will include: --security of building (on-call 24hrs) --cleaning --minor repairs, plumbing, painting, etc.
