Graphic Designer Needed for Apparel startup

We’re a growing Ontario-based wholesale apparel company seeking a talented part-time Graphic Designer to help bring our brand vision to life. About Us: We're a new, fashion-forward brand that designs custom souvenir and resort apparel for gift shops across Ontario. We’re building a plug-and-play catalog of t-shirt and garment graphics that can be customized with various town name drops (e.g., Muskoka, Algonquin Park, Niagara Falls, Toronto, etc.). What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a designer with a strong eye for modern, minimalist, and outdoors-inspired graphics—someone who understands both timeless souvenir appeal and current fashion aesthetics. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves typography, icon design, and clean layout work. The Role: Create vector-based designs for t-shirts, hoodies, quarter-zips Etc. Develop a master catalog of templates (editable for town/city swaps) Format print-ready files for screen print & embroidery Be available for occasional ongoing hourly work (revisions, seasonal updates, etc.) Qualifications: Proficient in Adobe Illustrator or equivalent Experience with apparel design or branding an asset Strong layout and typography skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven Located in Ontario preferred (but open to remote) Compensation: Hourly or flat-rate for catalog project, depending on experience.
