If you are planning to work online or remote; PLEASE DO NOT APPLY Graphic designer and digital marketer Job Description • We are looking for someone who is comfortable to work in a UPS store to use Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or other graphic design software to design flyers, postcards, business cards etc. and is also able to take care of printings, Digital Marketing , work at the counter and various store jobs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: • Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries • Operate copiers, fax machines, binding equipment and all other office machines in a safe, efficient and productive manner. • Record all sales transactions on POS system (on Cash Register) and accurately process Cash, and Debit/Credit Card transactions • Receive and process packages for couriers including lifting and weighing of packages on the scale, accessing appropriate software or manifesting manually, and correctly labeling packages. • Pricing, set-up printing, quoting, ordering • Operate Printers Color- B& W- Large Format -Document Finishing, Cutting • Receive, sort and place mail in mailbox modules accurately. • Takes action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends • Completes tasks in a quick turn environment • Manages projects and follows through to completion • All other duties as assigned. Design • Create compelling designs across the marketing spectrum from websites, print ads, brochures, and digital content, collateral, brochures, animated gifs, trade show displays and much more using your knowledge of design, typography, composition, layout and colour principles. • Social Media Management • Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence for Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn • Generate, edit, publish and share content that builds meaningful connections, increases following, and drives engagement on social media • Respond to any customer service inquiries sent to our social media channels and directing them to the appropriate departments when necessary • Create and manage a monthly social media content calendar • Summarize metrics to create quarterly actionable reports that will lead to optimization • Create and monitor social media ad campaigns • E-Mail marketing • Template design in constant contact • Email automation campaign development and deployment • A/B testing • Newsletter deployment, list optimization and database growth strategies • SEO and SEM • Maximize leads from all digital marketing campaigns including SEM, PPC, SEO, SMM, and email marketing across search, social and advertising network platforms aimed at conversion and consumer relationship building • Develop digital campaigns that drive awareness and generate high-quality leads, including creative development, assisting in copywriting, video production, etc. • Refine and optimize campaigns to improve performance and reduce costs • Establish digital campaign measurement and provide regular analysis & report on Key Performance Indicators of all programs ensuring accurate tracking and maximization of ROI • Recommend and perform changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords • Develop rigorous A/B test plans to draw insights critical for growth and optimization, including ad copy, audience segmentation, and landing page tests. • Requirements • Extensive knowledge of • Google Analytics and AdWords Experience, • Facebook Ad Manager Experience, • LinkedIn's Campaign Manager Experience, • Twitter Ads Experience Requirements: • 1-2 years customer service experience • 1-2 years retail experience • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Note: Part-time position or full-time.
