Fender Pawn Shop Offset Special Thinline w/ Hardshell Case

Up for your consideration today is this really nice Fender Pawn Shop Offset Special. It's an incredible instrument, boasting some unique design features that set this beauty apart from the norm. These were made in very low numbers over a short-term production period that ran from 2012-2013. The Pawn Shop Series guitars were inspired by many of the more eccentric of Fender's creations during the 60s and 70s, and are regarded as "guitars that never were, but should have been." It's in fantastic shape, and is guaranteed to impress. It's features include a semi-hollow double cutaway alder body with a single f-hole and sleek offset waist, a very comfortable playing maple neck with 1960's inspired "C"-shaped neck carve and 25.5" scale length, a clean maple fingerboard with 21 medium jumbo frets and 9.5" fingerboard radius, a phenomenal sounding pair of Fender's JZHB humbucking pickups with traditional three-way pickup selection, master volume and tone controls with knurled cream coloured knobs, and chrome hardware including the vintage-style tuning machines, Adjusto-Matic bridge with vintage-style floating tremolo tailpiece, and tremolo lock button. The guitar comes in excellent condition, plays really well and sounds even better. These are becoming increasingly difficult to find. I read somewhere that only 500 of these were ever made, however I am not 100% certain. What's more is that it's undergone a really superb refinish to a brilliant baby blue colour that fits the guitar's retro styling to a tee!
