Headstock shape change to PRS model style, at an unknown date. Repair has no bearing on playability. The guitar has been played and gigged multiple times.
Fully functioning coil tap on both pickups.
Pickups share a tone control.
Fretboard stamped serial number
The picture shows a ding on the back of the fretboard, which does not affect performance.
