This guitar is based on a 2013 Squier Affinity Stratocaster. Only the body, bridge, and trem claw remain from the original guitar.
The thin alder body is very resonant. The black poly finish has numerous dents, scratches, and scrapes.
The original neck has been replaced with new a Solo Pro roasted maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard and a bone nut. The neck is in perfect condition.
Hardware includes Hipshot locking tuning machines, stainless steel saddles, brass trem block, GraphTech Black Tusq XL string trees.
Electronics include Tone Emporium TE-03 Big City '69 Blues pickups. CTS pots, Sprauge orange drop capacitors, vintage-style cloth push back wiring, Oak Grigsby 5-way switch, Switchcraft jack.
The guitar is set up with the bridge locked. It can be set up to float. Tremolo arm is included.
Very resonant with a vintage-style sound.
