Spruce top, Indian Rosewood back and sides. This is a beautifully crafted instrument that deserves a guitar lover’s touch. It projects the Amazing sound that Paco Santiago Marin is known worldwide for. Comes with premium BAM Original hard shell case (brushed aluminum colour) Paco Santiago Marin was born in Granada in 1947. His father, who worked as a cabinetmaker, taught him his craft until 1963, when he joined his uncle’s workshop : Antonio Marin Montego then trained him as a luthier. In 1972, Paco Santiago Marin opened his own lutherie workshop in Granada. Played by many concert players, the Anniversary models are the most prestigious guitars made by this luthier. This is an exceptional instrument with both power and great expressiveness ; its timbre is rich and colorful. A wonderful concert guitar built by one of the greatest names in Spanish lutherie. There is a tiny very fine hairline humidity crack in the top just adjacent to the neck near the top left of the body. It is easily rectified with a internal spruce patch. See last photo.
