Original Tonerider Hot Classic pickup set.
Great sounding pickups.
Tech spec: Alnico 3 both, neck: 7.5k, Bridge 9k
The bridge pickup is wound on a black fibreboard bobbin and wrapped with white string, and a copper-plated ferrous baseplate. All Hot Classics are now made with flat magnet polepieces (no stagger) on the bridge pickup for a early 50s correct look.
The neck pickup features in-house Nickel-Silver cover for tonal transparency, and it includes screws for direct mounting.
Each pickup is fully wax potted to reduce any microphonic feedback, and comes supplied with screws, latex height adjustment tubing
