Sincerely, Skin is currently seeking a licensed esthetician with a minimum of 2 years experience who is mature, motivated, & passionate about skincare and career growth. Key Responsibilities: * Provide outstanding treatments and service to our guests (Facial Treatments, Waxing, Pedicures, Tinting, Makeup Consultations & Touch Ups) - ( Laser Skin Treatments & Hair Removal, Oxygeneo 3 in 1 Super Facial and Micro-needling services once training completed) * Combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to serve our guests and work together with colleagues. * In a professional, warm, and relaxing manner determine guest needs with a thorough consultation and analysis to determine what goals guests are trying to achieve. * To assure our guests have total benefits and a long-term impact one will propose, for any given service, the appropriate retail products to include in their home care regime and recommend regular follow up treatments as needed. * Pre-book future appointments and follow up when necessary * Up-serve to best meet guest needs by offering treatment add-ons, recommendation of specific treatments and retail products within the boutique or other establishments if we cannot meet their needs. * Assist guests with questions about services and retail products and make recommendations appropriate for each guest. * Actively promote Sincerely, Skin: Treatments, Retail Products, Gift Cards, Referral Program, Treat Card Loyalty Program, Complimentary Booking App, Special Offers, Events, Education Seminars, Website & Social Platforms * Perform opening and closing duties maintaining a clean, safe and fully stocked, well organized work area. *Assist with inventory control *Commitment to continuing education

Qualifications: * Licensed Esthetician with CANS * Minimum 2 Years Experience * Outstanding people skills * Strong ability to work independently and in a team environment * Excellent problem solving and analytical skills * Strong sales acumen * Guest focused * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in English (both oral and written) * Excellent organizational skills * Works well under pressure * Attention to detail and standards * Neat and professional appearance
