You will utilize your skills in hair styling, customer service, and retail sales to enhance the overall experience of our clientele. Duties • Perform a variety of barbering, hair cutting, styling, and grooming services tailored to individual client needs. • Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations. • Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations. • Demonstrate excellent customer service by creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all clients. • Promote retail products through effective upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction and drive sales. • Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming to provide clients with contemporary looks. Requirements • Must be able to work independently but also with a team. • Must be willing to build your own clientele with the addition of walk in clients. • Must be able to start a online presence with social media etc (Instagram,TikTok) • Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively. • Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining a safe workspace. • Retail sales experience is a plus, particularly in upselling products related to hair care. • A passion for hair styling and a desire to continuously improve skills in the beauty industry.
