Responsibilities Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and other nail enhancements Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization in all tools and work areas Provide personalized customer service by understanding client preferences and offering expert advice on nail care and products Upsell retail products such as nail polishes, treatments, and skincare items to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales Assist clients with body waxing services when qualified and trained to do so Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and attentive service Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations Promote salon services and retail offerings to maximize client engagement Qualifications Valid state licensing as a Nail Technician or Cosmetologist with nail specialty certification Experience in nail care techniques including gel, acrylics, and natural manicures preferred Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for hygiene in a salon setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a professional demeanor Experience with body waxing is a plus but not required; training may be provided for qualified candidates interested in expanding their skill set Excellent communication skills to ensure clear understanding of client needs and preferences Join our team to deliver outstanding nail services while fostering a positive environment for both clients and colleagues.
