Description

We are looking for a part time administrator for a construction company, this would eventually grow into full time position.

Duties would include: Basic bookkeeping Data entry, invoicing, purchase orders General administration Clerical work Filing Scheduling Assisting the owner Office cleanup

Must have some Quickbooks experience Post secondary in business a plus Technical skills Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Familiar with Social media platforms

2-3 days per week, some work can be done from home. $20.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience.
