Hand grinding to razor sharp convex 3 3/4” blade for a better balance between Tartness and Edge-holding ability. It also can be used as a hunting knife for meat processing in a wild situation.
The handle is made from the heartwood of Siberia beech, selected for minimal grain runout. Both wood and steel wedges are applied. The length of the handle is 9 1/2” / 24.5 cm, the ergonomic Curve design gives you the perfect feel and balance in cutting & slicing.
