Description
Used 3M brand hot glue applicator. These take full size cartridges of adhesive. The applicator is a 3M Jet Weld 2 and uses a 120v heater and compressed air supply to apply the hot adhesive. 3M sells different varieties of adhesive to suit your type of requirement. These are designed for industrial production work and cost about $800 new. Comes with 2 tips. This unit came out of a cabinet shop and the owner was retiring. You do need an air compressor to operate it Heats up when turned on and passes compressed air when the trigger is activated. Thats the only testing I've done. Should work as designed. Would suit a wide range of uses where alot of hot glue is required for assembly work. It is a used applicator and has a good coating of dried glue on it but even a new one will look this way eventually. $150. The price reflects the way it looks. The tools itself is in good shape with little to no damage.
