These are factory recertified, mint condition headphones. After my original, initial pair was RMA'd, they sent me back a new pair. I haven't needed this specific new pair at all.
(I switched in in-ear headphones instead to suit my purposes more).

My review of the original pair:
They're honestly great, but they're not really for sporty persons, and their outdoor use is questionable (the noise cancelling microphones audibly flutter in the wind).
The soundstage is huge, and the overall balance is exceptional. Where do these shine the most then?
Airports. Flights. Trains. Metro. Work/home. Isolation. Comfort. All of these scenarios are perfect for this pair.
Just don't expect much if you go in a walk outside on a windy day. Pro tip: I found covering my whole head with a big hoodie with the headphones under to be a workaround for the wind.
