Brand new, never used. Only thing the sauna does not come with is the removable benches which we re-purposed for another sauna. The sauna comes disassembled and easy to move.
This is the sanctuary retreat model, which is by far the largest model of jacuzzi sauna. It is large enough to put a stationary bike inside, or do yoga/exercise inside.
