My Expertise Includes: • Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Assistance: Bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.  • Specialized Health Condition Care: Experience assisting individuals living with Dementia, Schizophrenia, Parkinson's disease, Diabetes, Depression, and more.  • Safety and Mobility: Performing safe transfers using assistive devices, fall prevention, and monitoring safety in accordance with the care plan.  • Monitoring and Reporting: Accurately tracking vital signs, food/fluid intake, bowel/bladder output, and promptly reporting any changes in condition.  • End-of-Life Care: Supported patients with feeding, hygiene, repositioning, pain monitoring, and ensuring dignity and comfort.  • Infection Control: Adhering to strict hygiene practices and infection control protocols (WHMIS trained).  • Emotional Support: Promoting well-being through discussion, comforting, and therapeutic communication.  Qualifications & Training: • Personal Support Worker Certificate (Completed April 2025)  • Basic Life Support (BLS)  • First Aid & CPR/AED  • Lifts and Transfers - Ontario CLRI certified  • Minimizing Restraint Use in Long-Term Care - Ontario CLRI certified  • Cultural Competency - Ontario Health trained  For a dedicated and compassionate care provider, please call me to discuss your needs.
