Female Personal Support Worker (PSW) 

Looking for a reliable and experienced Female Personal Support Worker (PSW) for a long-term position in a private home setting. This dual-role position involves providing personal care support to an adult with a physical disability, as well as child care assistance as needed. Key Responsibilities: * Personal Care Assistance: Support with dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility (transferring, lifting, positioning, and exercises). * Household Support: Housekeeping duties including meal prep, dishwashing, laundry, and general cleaning (sweeping, mopping, tidying). * Child Care Duties: Assist with bathing, bottle feeding, diaper changes, and supervision as needed. * Other Duties: Tasks that the employer would perform independently if not for a physical disability. Qualifications & Requirements: * Prior experience as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) or caregiver. * Punctual, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision. * Non-smoker. * Respects privacy and maintains confidentiality at all times. * Neat, presentable appearance. Work Schedule: * Weekday Shifts Available: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM * Applicants must submit their availability (days/times) when applying. Compensation: * $25/hour for 6 hours of Personal Support duties * $19/hour for 3.5 hours of Child Care duties * Statutory deductions: CPP, EI, and Income Tax * Vacation pay of 4% of gross earnings
