Job description Thomcare Support Staff Looking for Reliable, Trustworthy and self-motivated individual to join our team providing Support to Residents with Concurrent Disorders at a long standing Transitional Home in Downtown London. Candidates should be able to demonstrate empathetic listening skills, motivational interviewing and be capable of teaching life skills confidently. Wide variety of day shifts available from 8am-4pm Tues-Friday. Mon-Sat open availability is preferred. About the Opportunity. Our Staff are a part of the proactive front line workers making a difference in people’s lives. Our team is comprised of individuals who demonstrate a flexible breadth of knowledge, encouraging our Residents engage in community supports and develop meaningful social connections. Taking time to engage with Residents to help build a therapeutic rapport. Helping them to navigate or explore options and opportunities available in the community.
