Experienced PSW needed

I am hoping to find a woman to take care of me and my home with motherly care, so I can continue being a mom to my three school age daughters. I have both arms and legs paralyzed, in a wheelchair for almost 10 years. I am 90% nonverbal, and I use a computer device to communicate with everyone, by typing with my eyes. Help is needed with all my daily activities. No PSW certificate needed, just experience. Weekly Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 12, or similar Start date: ASAP Location: Fortye Dr, Peterborough Salary: $22 - $25 per hour (based on experience) + 4% vacation pay + all statutory benefits Payroll deductions for CPP, EI and the income tax deducted each pay period. This is not a summer job, where you can pick up a few shifts. It will take a couple months for you to learn how to understand me and to get used to my routine. This is a commitment to me and my family. I am looking for someone who will stay with me for at least 1 year, hopefully longer. DUTIES Morning ROM in bed, for feet, ankles and arms. Getting me up from bed into the wheelchair. Moving me on/from the toilet (one person pivot transfers), and assistance with wiping. Giving me water and pureed soups to drink, sometimes spoon feeding minced foods. Cooking the meals, or just preparing the ingredients for the afternoon person; blending or mincing my food; making bone broth and chicken stock (my staples). Simple sponge baths, or if you're experienced enough - a shower. Keeping the kitchen and the house clean and organized.
