Price is firm. Like new working condition. 5SME39HL0323 ECM2.3 CN03 furnace blower motor,1/2HP, 120/240V, 1050 RPM, Rotation CCW. Reversible rotation. Rheem furnace p/n: 51-24374-01-02 (CPN: 51-24374). This motor is compatible with 5SME39HL0323, 5SME39HL0490, 5SBA39GLV5080, 5SME39HL0150, 5SME39HL0159, 5SME39HL0489, 5SME39HL0327 The motor assembly (with its ECM module) comes from a Rheem furnace. It was removed from the furnace due to the heat exchanger failure. I will test run it with an ECM motor tester for you. This motor is used on many furnace brands.
