    Description

    2 new Emerson Smart Thermostats. Purchased 1 year ago but never used while waiting for other renos to be completed. Unfortunately our furnace is an older model and these thermostats won’t work. Just looking to recoup some of the cost. Current price at Home Depot is $149 plus tax. 1 thermostat $50; 2 for $75. Details in pics.
