    Description

    We added a Sun room to our home, and the greenhouse effect resulted in our air conditioner, not being able to keep up. So, yesterday, we had a new one installed. This is a 2 ton model, in excellent condition, about eight years old, with the a coil as well, in excellent condition. If you are a handy guy, or a contractor, it can easily be installed in a home of around 1500 ft.². Works excellent. The price of a new one was $4000 plus HST.
