Barely used Luxaire air conditioner

Selling for my parents. They purchased this 1.5 ton ac unit and had it professionally installed around 5 years ago for around $2500. It was inspected and serviced every year. They recently decided to go with a heat pump. So this was recently uninstalled professionally last October. My parents are older and live in a bungalow so they never really used the ac unit very much. They prefer a warmer climate so they usually opened windows and had ceiling fans going during the summer versus using the air conditioner. Evaporator included because they have no need for it.
