Well maintained back hoe has approximately 11000 hours on it and is in good operating condition. Engine rebuilt by previous owner at 7000 hr. Some noticeable wear on hoe swing pins and hoe bucket linkage. Strong machine with all powertrain components fully operational. All hydraulic cylinders are in good condition with no active leaks. Cab floor boards are badly rusted and could use some work. All glass is present with cab heater ,front wiper and lights fully operational. Both front and rear rubber approx. 50%. Front loader bucket has brackets present for mounting a set of forks (forks do not come with machine). Also have a grading edge attachment for backhoe bucket.
