bucket truck 3 ton

3 ton bucket truck. newly inspected two years ago by a heavy duty truck shop now out of business. boom has a 6000 winch. reach is about 40'. truck needs wiring at relay on fire wall to start.. 4 new tires, 7.3 litre diesel ford with auto transmission. boom needs a new hydraulic tank which i have.boom has controls at base and in bucket. price is 13000.00 cash.. would be interested in parting out.. boom and pto, motor , transmission with chassis tires etc.
