Rug Hooking Cutter Bliss #3 Blade

For sale a 1988? Bliss rug hooking cutter with a #3 blade . It's heavy like the old teal color ones but is a light sandy color. I've never seem this color before. It works with no problems and I've shown the blade cutting so you know it cuts . The wrench isn't included . You'll need a 9/16 wrench if you want to take the blade off.
